It seems many who are into #PC #Gaming don't really seem to know that #Shader #Compilation #Stutter is basically a #Windows problem that largely doesn't exist in #Linux. Shader Compilation Stutter occurs because shaders need to be compiled from source for every computer on the CPU itself, which takes real-world time. It's a "nine women can't make a baby in 1 month" problem, where the brute strength of your CPU doesn't matter, it'll still take time.
