I find myself using like/favourite just to appreciate other people's conversations here. Conversations I only read.
It's not that I want to join in, as I may not have value to add, and not always that I learned something, but I find myself often just enjoying the social nature of shared exchanges here.
Social experiences that aren't, well, antisocial. And it's enjoyable to see. Gives one a little lift.
