The office tried getting me to sign a month to month lease in early March, this time to "officially" raise the monthly amount by a few hundred bucks, and I nicely refused and told them I was thinking of moving later this year.
When I went to pay a few days ago, the amount went *down* a bit from what I was paying. Arbitrage!
