Wahtum Lake/PCT Backpacking: Day 1
Wahtum Lake holds a special place in my heart and I’m so happy to be back. It was my first backpacking trip two decades ago. It was my first successful trip when I started backpacking again last summer.
I started near sea level and i’m currently on 4,646 Chinidere Mountain. Already pitched my tent at the lake.
Mount Hood is beautiful from up here.
