This protein per calorie nonsense needs to stop immediately. It's incredibly stupid, but they push it because it's the only statistic that makes broccoli look good. It handicaps steak because there's fat in it, each gram of which has 125% more calories than protein. This is par for the course, because they've been demonizing animal fats and red meat for a hundred years now.
Btw, check your math because it says there's 2.4 kilograms of protein in a 6 ounce steak.
