I wonder if the authorities will ever try to feign legitimacy by prosecuting some fall guy with fines for the gangstalking I'm targeted by.
Let me pre-empt it by saying ahead of time: very predictable move, but prosecuting a fall guy does nothing for me, and neither do fines since I'm up against people with money and the US authorities have historically never ever fined rich people the amount the crime was worth to a rich person.
