I've been wondering... Has anyone done a study on which parts of the globe are most likely to be survivable? Factoring in things such as rise in sea level, annual seasonal temperature range, rainwater, land to grow food, etc - and obviously, these criteria would have to be based on likely future outcomes, not what those conditions are like now and historically.
And... have any billionaires already started building properties in those locations...?
