Forgot to set up auto-renew, and one of my domains went into redemption. Support initially wanted $87.16 to get it back for me. In the end, they waived all fees, and I only had to pay a 388.02% markup ($67.16) to get it back. Still, it's better than the $811.00 it was now on the market for as a premium domain.
My experience with Namecheap customer service has always been positive, and this time was no exception. I've been using their services for over a decade now, and don’t see that changing any time soon.
