And the meds we're talking about ALL are meds that are FREQUENTLY on backorder or otherwise not available for them to ship us. So that means that while we used to then have 22 days to figure out how to get the meds refilled, we now only have 13 days to do that — to work through what alternative meds or doses might be reasonable alternatives, to figure out whether THOSE are available, to get new controlled substance prescriptions issued and sent and received, and all that.
