I even attempted to create a threads account to advocate for people there to turn it on. However, there's SO much fighting against it because they just don't know what it is and why it's a good thing. Also there's a "fake" Fediverse account there that some random guy from Hong Kong is using and is spreading false info about Fedi and when I notified threads employees about it, they followed the account.🤦♂️
Therefore, I felt like my endeavor was useless and deleted my account. Then, I kept getting gaslit about it, telling me they don't think it's a problem....
If misinformation isn't a problem, them I don't want to know what a problem is...😳
