As someone who is Good With Computers I knew switching health insurance plans was going to be a hassle, but I was surprised why it broke.
I went for a better plan, but now I buy through the exchange at a discount. So I got an invoice in December (for January) for $OLDAMOUNT while my payment was supposed to be $NEWLOWERAMOUNT. All support reps assured me that if I paid the lower amount, my 2025 coast, I'd be fine. Apparently "the system" couldn't generate more than one invoice a month....
