"content": "Good morning 🌞 \n\nAnyone wants to learn/practice handstand with me here?\n\nInspired by an amazing student in yoga class, I am going to start working on handstand daily. I got a tripod so I could video myself and see what needs to be improved upon. \n\nToday's practice is on my Instagram story @yogawithlois but here's a frame export ( bc I don't know how to upload videos here 🤔)\n\nThis form is no bueno. I need to work on inner rotation of my legs.
