I suddenly feel like a fantastic IT dev/admin interview question would be asking a candidate how they got around parental internet blocks.
Nearly everyone in technical roles did. You either:
- are a liar if you say you didn't and obeyed their firewall/filters, or may lack a problem-solving skill set
- might be telling the truth if you say parents didn't bother with it with a plausible reason
- honest and maybe creative if you say how, giving strong insight into how you solve problems
