bad news:
This intermittant object storage issue between PeerTube and SeaweedFS has beaten me, some instances work without issue, some fail on large files, some fail 20% of the time irregardless of size. I've have tired everything I can think of, even the extreme step of opening issues for help.
good news:
In one night I've made it to the last step of getting Garage FS working with PeerTube. They even have a guide. Now I just need to beat the CORS configuration boss.
