Disagree. Some Nostr clients are specifically, and sometimes aggressively, designed to steer users to talking about Bitcoin and following people who talk about Bitcoin. The feeds are heavily regulated over the presets in the clients, the lack of other topical relays, and the trending lists.
You usually have to deconstruct the entire app experience and revamp it, to see a feed focused on anything else. It's taken me nearly a year, working full-time on it. I had to literally invent things and hire people, and recruit users, and post and repost constantly, to get a nice feed.
A feed focused on anything else is what almost all potential users desire, even if they own Bitcoin. If they are not getting it, then that means the feeds are manipulated.
