I really like liverwurst, though I rarely eat it for dietary reasons. But I'm old, and I suspect the market for this stuff is aging out. Lots of once common products and dishes have all but vanished in my lifetime. Sometimes this is a good thing, but I worry that instead of eating healthier, things are trending towards more processed foods as a staple. Give it a couple of generations, and people may be eating nothing except "chicken" nuggets.
