Does the ACLU have a very bad case of "both siiiiides syndrome" ... or are they just useless?
There have been many many defendants in criminal trials JAIL for things they say. Things that in some cases amounted to being "mouthy" and little else. Nobody cares. The ACLU didn't care.
But now. Suddenly, they care?
This isn't being balanced, it'd picking up the issue on an exception. Delighted I stopped renewing my membership years ago.
