▪️ Pay a decent living salary
▪️ Increase benefits
▪️ Cover / reimburse cost of teaching materials
▪️ Protect / increase school meal programs so teachers don't have to spend their own income on feeding their students
▪️ Institute programs to ameliorate job burnout
