Hah, funny, I refer to her exclusively as "Harris", possibly because my father worked for the BBC. It took me years to stop referring to "Mr Obama" or "Mr Bush" even though Americans definitely found it weird.
Also, both Ms. Harris and Mrs. Clinton have fairly unique first names, unlike Joe, Don, Barry, George W, Bill, or George HW.
