That is quite fun.
The STM32F446 as found in the nucleo boards is specified to 180 MHz.
I overclocked one up to ... 285 MHz! It is stable at ambient temp and 3.3V of supply.
At 288 MHz it boots, but quickly stops with a bus error.
At 300 MHz the PLL does not even lock.
