I moved to Mexico from northern Canada for health reasons and the health benefits of sun have been extremely obvious to me.
I went from chronic mental health issues requiring medication for 25 years, to absolutely no pills and or drugs. It stabilized sleeping patterns, stabilized moods and I have an overall health and well being that I NEVER experienced where I was born and raised.
I suffered from seasonal affective disorder so significant that I was bordering on hospitalization at times and now I live a healthy life medication free. Depression gone, anxiety under control.
But there isn't a doctor I've found who would recommend it.
