I actually looked at this model, and from what I saw, it isn't a support-free print. You need support, especially for the stomach, because some parts are lower and in the air. So I didn't print it.
I also had a surface like that due to a lack of support on TPU prints. But yeah, my experience with TPU is limited. Might need supports there, but cooling also makes sense.
