* The word “discipline” is from the Latin word disciplina meaning “instruction and training.” It's derived from the root word discere — “to learn.”
however we cannot learn through a 'disciplined' mind as it has to conform to a pattern.
through observing why we want to use discipline, because we are uncertain or scared, through that learning, we will have a 'disciplined'/ orderly mind.
