bed 10:30, up at 5:43, coffee and brekkie, gym at 6:30. No caffeine or sugar after 12, maybe a cup of green tea. Not too much alcohol. 

Exercise especially important, without it I'm up too late. And alcohol makes you sleep but poor quality.
