The scandal afflicted IMF (as well as the World Bank) is often featured in the News (MSM) but it gets printed in the financial press (that many don't bother to read) and is often buried on the 3rd or 4th page ... well away from the FrontPage.
Recall that Christine Lagarde -- an incompetent crook -- was head of the IMF for a full 8 years.
