Sri Lanka with mum and big brother. I used to get so bored sitting around with adults waiting for them to finish up at restaurants. I would go to the toilet and count all the mirrors, door handles and loo rolls then report my findings back to my family, who would send me off again to count something else. Apparently I volunteered this service. Then when it got really late, they used to put two chairs together for me to sleep on and I’d pretend to sleep, but really I’d be daydreaming the whole time.
