Eh well simply eliminating “sugar” and hanging onto carbs has been working for my goal 🤷♀️
Im gonna keep aiming for pain-free first and then I can worry about whatever a “healthy” diet is supposed to mean these days.
The carbs help me hang onto the weight I want to keep
