my base premise for nearly everything I post is that computers, as they are, and have been since the 1980s, are terrible, They could be way way better, but they aren’t because everyone who works on computers has a stunted imagination, irreparably harmed by the terrible way computers have already been designed. They never get better because the people drawn to working on computers do so, motivated only by money or love of computers how they are.
