Just normal torrents. Bittorrent for example. You know... The stuff they pirate movies with....and also sometimes censored information.
Now when you host content its called "seeding" and when you download without hosting later its called "leeching", but if you wanted to pay seeders, you would have to establish lightning channels to each one of them.
This is one of those use cases I'd be enthusiastic to see channel factories applied to...that would of course require channel factories to get built....
