My life isn't over and I will shine again. I will use the tools that have been given to me to help others understand the pain people who suffer from mental illness struggle with.
Verbalizing that pain to those who are scared of us because we battle our own minds is my calling.
We must normalize the treatment of mental illness and end the stigma.
