So very true. It all starts with takong a break. While it isn't bad by itself, we do need to take a break so we can recover, sadly it's so easy to get into a routine of break and develop, usually unknowingly, "break" habits (like delaying it further), that it's no longer a break but a new routine.

I'm thinking, it is really what we want as a human being, we've been working since early 20s, after school (some even earlier), our body and mind wants to just sit and do things that increases our"happy" hormones.

I think that's when we truly seek a work-life balance, favouring life more than work a lil bit. And people like you and me, we tend to get exhaust ourselves once we start working, that we unconsciously find ways not to get back to it. 😅😅

You know, we try to recover from a burnout, but we also try to recover from excessive "breaks"/"recovery time". 😅😅😅

You'll be there. It's good you recognised it, that's the first step, recognition and embracing the situation. You'll be able to to address the roots because of it. 🫂🫂🫂
