I'm honestly bothered by people getting annoyed by being forced to acknowledge that someone else has these problems. I have neurosis and anxieties and speak up since I realized I'm not a damn rabid dog. Many people including my family decided to ignore it for "I'm just spoiled." Screw those. Being harder on yourself doesn't help, stop being sad is BS. It all sucks and is a disease like any other.
