I agree to a point. They are rich (partially) because the delegate responsibilities well. They do what they excel at and contract other things to other people. A housewife may be a good fit, a reserve team as you called it, but a power partner, that brings (more or less) equal value to the household while domestic tasks are outsourced to a 3rd party is an equally valid strategy.

However one could argue. that the reason why they are rich has more to do with not writing elaborate posts on social media during the day and focusing on whatever it is they do instead, than with having a housewife or not.
