I hit another PR this morning with the prowler bumping it up 20 lbs. Finished the workout at hour 40 of my fast. Definitely got dizzy after some high paced endurance and finished my workout with machines I could sit or lay down at.

Full Body Workout:

Prowler push 175 lbs PR
Leg Press 450 lbs x 15
Push ups x 12
Wall ball 10 lbs x 12
TRX rows x 12
TRX triceps x 12
20 lb sledgehammer slams x 20
SKI ERG 30 seconds
Prowler push 175 lbs
Leg press 450 lbs x 15

*insert dizziness & the “whiskey burn” as I call it without the booze

12 reps x 3 sets:
Incline press 40 lbs
Super pullover 80 lbs

Plank from elbows to hands x 5
Pushups x 5

Leg raises
Toe touches
Bicycle crunches
Russian twists
60 sec plank
