Maybe I need to write something about the influence of Harlots on British TV because the way it's inspired OSTs (e.g. the one for 'Joan' starring Sophie Turner) and even swear words (watching the thoroughly mediocre 'Black Doves' and hearing one of the lead villains describe someone as 'cunt struck' was like whiplash - like who's actually said that since the 18th century?) is so wild.
Now if *only* it inspired in other ways like, commissioning more drama about working class communities...
