"content": "I already fixed it myself (see below) because yep, their support is terrible. I run a server elsewhere with 80 client sites on it, and it's just me, running it better than this useless host. My hosting account with these guys is older (2013) than the server I started (2020) and I'm migrating there soon. It's just like the shoemaker, his customers' shoes are all in great shape, but his own are in need of repair. This host jumped its SSL yearly fee to almost $100.
