1. Build protected bike lanes. If there’s no curb, metal bollard, or low wall, it isn’t protected.
2. Normalize blocking the driving lanes. If a commercial vehicle stops in a driving lane, they get the normal double parking ticket. If they stop in a pedestrian crosswalk or bike lane, 10X the fine, third fine results in impoundment for as many days as the corporate owner has fines. No offloading of cargo.
