When I add a new podcast episode to a podcast, I can now auto-hit the endpoint and return:
"Feed marked for immediate update."
Question: If the podcast is NEW and has NEVER been in Podcast Index before, does the endpoint return something different?
Or is the response the same but the action behind the scenes is different?
