Had a really rough day yesterday. My ex moved out and I sobbed for hours after he left.
It's crazy how logic has nothing to do with emotions. In a way, I use that knowledge to let emotions pass through like a river.
But these ones really hurt and stem really deep, and I can tell they won't be rooted out any time soon. I might be able to cope a bit better day by day, but the feelings are still in there, very powerful. Able to swell up at any time.
