2) elimination of downside risk
3) reduction in what I need to charge in rent.
#3 was an unexpected discovery.
I have a meeting on calendars with some local and regional bank leadership to talk them through this structure. This is happening in corners of the world without headlines. It’s happening organically, because of the monetary features that Bitcoin brings to the equation.
