KF01 (npub1gku…fcxq) I have done enough research on it and I think the easiest answer is RG35xx for everything up to PS1 excluding N64, including PCE for Rondo, go a little bit more for RG353 for aspirationally hitting some PSP and DC and shoring up basically every arcade game that isn't a newer Cave shmup as well as some Linux portmaster stuff. Anything higher costs a lot for marginal gains when what you ACTUALLY want, a PS2 Wii GC box, is going to be the Steam deck or nothing. 35xx is irreplacable in the cheap niche but anything bigger like 353 and you have several options.
