We're now in France, and it's discouraging how non-vegan it is.
We're hunting for a place to live, and we can't afford to live in any city with a vegan restaurant. But more, very few restaurants have any vegan options at all, and most of them don't even have one vegetarian option!
I'm vegan by preference but I don't mind eggs or dairy if I'm forced into it, but my wife is less ethically challenged than I.
