Once upon a few years before he passed, my father took us out for dinner for Christmas. Few restaurants were open. We finally found a Big Name Family Restaurant Chain, it was open for about an hour more but Dad was like "keep driving", we all said no. Lol
It was awkward from the jump convincing him to go inside. He liked to carry a small gun on him all the time then, I think he had major untreated anxiety. Anyway. Moving on.
