I've been eating McDonald's bacon egg and cheese bagel for a while now since it's easier than cooking my own. I finally made my own again this morning and I have two takeaways.
1) Real bagels are so much better
2) Fresh bacon is such an improvement.
3) McDonald's hollandaise sauce actually kinda slaps.
I found myself missing it.
