Notes, though don't see myself getting out that way anytime soon. I used to be extremely picky about cheeses, still am a little bit, but finally appreciating more of them later in life (keep blue cheese the f away from me though, or anything moldy).
Tend to like the blander ones though. Swiss, Gruyère, Brie, Camembert...
