Every trans woman with the means is stockpiling E. (I'd do the same but it is literally illegal. If I have too much T the government will assume I'm going to cheat at baseball and put me in jail.) Other folks are making plans to leave the country. I don't have any money or any particularly valuable skills, so the best I can come up with is "illegally emigrate to Canada."
