As there is no really good Bitcoin Coin join implementation anymore. What you can do is to swap your BTC into XMR and back, or swap your BTC in LN and back. With that you destroy the history of your UTXOs.
Then install Ashigaru or Sparrow and check that every of your transaction is a Stonewall TX.
