Finally decided to set a season goal for myself: The Kyburg Trailrun in November.
To be able to do it in a sane way I finally sat down and did a training plan based on a trail running training plan by the 'Berghasen'. Close enough to my own training sessions but definetly more structured.
Today 8km raising intensity from HF1 low to HF2 high.
