I felt awful yesterday from my covid/flu shots, but it gave me an excuse to rest and do nothing. I realized how much I needed some down time. I’ve been guilting myself all summer into doing “more, more, more,” when in reality I’m doing way more than enough each day. I am enough.
Good news: I feel so much better today, and I’m grateful for the vaccinations.
