**I only post the hottest 10 posts in the subreddit.**
How do you answer the question "what's the point?"
I know we are all trying to hang on and do the best we can.I'm a non-sup gs11 doing the work of 2x gs11's a gs12, and a gs12/13 positions on top of mine. We were hit hard by the DeRP and having many older staff SME's.My coworker is a gs7 covering the responsibilities of a gs11 and a gs12. I think I'm now their supervisor as a non-sup 11 come 01May.Another coworker is a gs11 covering an additional gs11 and a gs13.They ask 'what's the point.' And I don't know. At what point do we just let important things fall apart? How do you answer the question: "why am I overworking myself." Or "what's the point"?
